Our Team
RSA has a fine blend of resources to cater the varied needs of its clients. RSA’s key personnel include chartered accountants, semi qualified chartered accountants and corporate lawyers.
All the professionals are associated with RSA. Few of them are directly associated with RSA and few are associated on case to case basis. They come together put their views, research and persevering dedication at each case to reach to a definitive conclusion.

Mr. Rabindra Shrestha
He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of post qualification experience in Nepal. He completed his chartered accountancy from Mumbai, ICAI (hyperlinked to www.icai.org). Before setting up his own independent accounting practice, he worked with TR Upadhya& Co., and Joshi Bhandary& Co., both being a correspondent firm of KPMG and E&Y, respectively. He has also worked with and jointly participating in bidding with KPMG, India on few Consultancy and Internal Audit bidding in Nepal.
Stock holding corporation of India, Jindal Iron and Steels, General Insurance Corporation “GIC”, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank were few of the audit engagement he was part of during his articleship in Mumbai.
Standard Chartered Bank Nepal, NABIL Bank, Laxmi Bank, Sanima Bank, DFID, WSP International, GIZ, Helvetas, SNV, Save the Children, Everest Insurance, Sikhar Insurance, NEA, Bhotekoshi Hydropower, Budhha Air, DANIDA, Sita Travels, were few of the audit engagement he was part of, as a senior auditor and manager capacity, during his association with TR Upadhya& Co., & Joshi Bhandary& Co.,
